It’s an office building for two separate entities. Located in Dammam with 6,200 m2 built up area . The design to express the different identities for each company using different treatments and materials.
The two entities are designed with shared facilites and circulation elements in the middle to cut the construction and the operation costs. The shared courtyard is designed to serve as a break lounge and business cafe for both companies.
